Tokyo's wine community toasts a new hub of information

The end of last year saw the launch of Vinotokyo, an exciting new Web site about the wine world in Tokyo. Bringing together wine events, wine reviews and restaurant and bar reviews, visitors to the site can add to its database and the site has gathered enough steam to become an impressive compendium of information. Michael Rollins, the brains behind Vinotokyo, took some time out to answer a few questions about the project.
